Best for: Bespoke furniture, local crafts, specialty food, Home interior & renovation contractors (residential), and niche hobby gear.

✓ Direct Cost Negotiation: We secure genuine local rates with no hidden markups.

Tier 2 — Commercial & Factory Sourcing

STARTS AT ฿50,000 / Project

Best for: Bulk restaurant ingredients, OEM food manufacturing, Commercial construction & large-scale contractors, and high-volume wholesale.

✓ Mandatory On-site Inspection: We physically visit factories, farms, or construction sites to verify production capacity and quality standards.

✓ Contractor & Supplier Vetting: Checking professional licenses, portfolio authenticity, and financial stability.

✓ Commercial Terms & MOQ Negotiation: Managing bulk pricing, payment milestones, and delivery schedules.

✓ Quality & Compliance Oversight: Verification of food safety standards (FDA/GMP) or commercial building codes.

✓ Project Coordination Support: Facilitating communication to ensure large-scale project alignment.

Phase 2: Project Management & Quality Control

5% – 10% of Total Order Value

Once you select a supplier and place an order, we manage the entire production journey from start to finish. Our Phase 2 fee covers:

Important Notes on Transparency:

Shipping: Billed at actual rates based on the carrier with zero markups.
Travel Expenses: Service fees exclude travel and accommodation for site visits outside of Bangkok & Metropolitan area. These will be billed at actual cost with your prior approval.
